I ran the Steam version on Windows 7 Home Premium. The game worked fine with one exception. There is a bug at Watticorp where you try to enter a stairwell and it gets stuck in a loop of you trying to go through the door FOREVER. Until you alt-tab out and back in a couple of times and then you can continue the game.I alt-tab-ed out to find a solution to the bug and when I finally found it, I alt-tab-ed back and it worked.I can't promise the game will work with your system, but it worked with Win 7 for me, with no tweaks or earlier windows versions.
